band cheated my feelings on Thursday.
i was getting hyped for Captain's Ball
but Mrs Chia took almost all the time
to make us practise Flying High,
which isnt even our choice piece in the first place.

im fine with playing Flying High, really.
but it just frustrates me when i think about
the hours and efforts wasted
on perfecting Eagle Bend.

going with the flow will be much harder this time,
but i have no choice.
i will work hard; its the only option.
i wonder how im going
to get the trumpeters to do well in this piece.

my brother and i took time to study Zakir
in the videos of that evening,
and its true, Zakir DID dance when he played the bass!
and yeah i guess it was kind of cute the way he shiok sendiri
and dropped his pick and tried signalling

to the audience to pick it up for him.

a guy actually called him cute,
i wonder what the girls gathering around him thought of him!

anyway.
the other day during the last few minutes of band practice
we played Charade (bye bye CIP hours -____- )
and Deon volunteered to go to the front to act
and then Hafiz shouted my name and volunteered me.

Deon and I had to act out the theme: Movie.
Sery told us to act Twilight,
but how?!?!?!
she said Deon would be the Edward Cullen
and i would be whatshername.
how could Deon possibly act as a vampire;
give me a bite on my neck?!?!
hahahahaha he doesnt own fangs

ok and then Sery changed the movie to Beauty & the Beast
and i bowed in the princessy way (not convincing)
while Deon made an ugly face.
nobody guessed right.
kinda stupid, really.
and our only option was to dance while Deon made the ugly face.
but we didnt!
we stood there holding out our hands
and staring at each other very awkwardly.
hahahaha


yesterday i headed downtown, Escape.
the adult ticket costs $8.80 now, amazing!
hahahaha!
and i swear the rides are boring
and i'd be bored to tears if i wasnt in the company of Zulfikar.
hahahahaha
Escape is so colourless and prosy to the extent
that we had to pretend we were in Disneyland
in the dead of summer. hahahaha

the Haunted House is awesome now!
cheap thrills! hahahahaha!
it used to be stupid and plastic,
but they've improved it, alot.
i couldnt stop screaming
and im normally a brave girl okay!
(hahahaha wtf)

plus its like a maze in there!

the person in charge of the Haunted House
allowed me and Zul to go in,
just the two of us and all the while i had to stop myself from peeing,
somehow, because the ghost kept following us everywhere!

there werent any rides that spun me upside down inside out
so its not as thrilling as, perhaps, Genting.
i am appalled at the fact that
Escape's Burger King doesnt sell meals / onion rings!
what absurdity!

ah anyway we got wet from the Wet & Wild ride (dohhhhhh)
and amazingly my bag didnt get wet
and the people from the Viking queue clapped and shouted to us,
"WHOOOO NICE REACTION, MAN!"
because both of us were covering our faces hahahaha,
penakut number one!
and they went "EWWWWWW" when i spit into the water.
hahaha, sound effects, cool or what.

it wasnt very decent of me
but for pete's sake,
the water was so obviously contaminated and
it went INTO MY MOUTH.
hahahaha

i still have plenty to blog about yesterday
but i think i'll keep the memories, safe, in my heart

i dont get why people are against Chris Crocker these days.

this morning i headed to school to get my math textbook.
so, i was alone today.
sometimes, i like being alone.
because it's nice to set my mind free
and divert my attention to the humans and nature.
very nice! =D hahaha

today, i saw a lady fall in the bus. i didnt laugh! (:
and i saw someone wearing a white tiger costume
accompanied by two girls dressed in goth clothing.
and i saw this very geeky and polite looking guy
swearing and cursing on the phone.
"TAMMADER, KNNCCB, ~!@#$%^&*()_+"

everything came out,
and it was really strange the way he let all hell break loose
and spoil his image in public just like that.
but i smiled to him!
hahaha and he didnt smile back.

i smiled at a little girl, too.
hahaha ok zany be quiet.


hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
i'll be in secondary four next year. (dohhhhh)
time flies, so fast. too fast.
2008 has been awesome. too awesome.

and i love things the way they are now,
if i had a choice i'd want it to stay this way forever
but i dont really have a choice
because things change, sometimes without warning,
and sometimes.... MOST of the time,
change is good,
although we dont realize it at that moment.



i hope i wont get into trouble next year.
i hope i'll be good.
